When the waitress finally arrived with our food, she coldly said that it took time to switch the kitchen from breakfast to lunch service, as if this was all somehow our fault. When we began to complain, the waitress shouted at us that everyone else was also waiting (okay?) and the restaurant was VERY busy (there were 6 tables filled, with 3 waitresses working). We waited for 45 minutes (any parent of little kids knows this is hard when unexpected). The waitress forgot another beverage until reminded. One of our party did not have his coffee refilled. We thought that was weird, but carried on. We were told everyone at the table needed to order from the same menu. We arrived at noon and were asked if we wanted the breakfast or lunch menu. What a horrible 18th birthday party! More It was like our meals were cooked 30 minutes earlier, forgotten, then remembered and served. My husband's turkey dinner was dry and COLD. The French fries were, again, tasty but cold. My steak was tasty, but room temperature. When our six meals arrived (way later than they should have), EVERY SINGLE ONE of them was cold. We did send them back, and they gave my husband a great soup (the only other positive in our night). It was like they went to Walmart and bought 3-day-old bags of prepackaged salad. When our salads arrived, there was not a single piece of lettuce without brown edges. I ordered a chardonnay that a very stale taste - not sure if it was just old or a bad brand. When we arrived, there was only one other group, which left shortly afterwards. To set the stage: we were a party of six, celebrating our granddaughter's 18th birthday.
